Chesterfield Strawberry Candy Floss Gin was released in early 2019 by Derbyshire Distillery and soon became very popular amongst their fan base. Derbyshire Distillery create their spirits using state-of-the-art-stills from Kothe and Genio, their Strawberry Candy Floss Gin, adds to their their growing range of unique flavoured gins currently available. Other flavours available include Pomegranate, Lemon Sherbert and Mojito.
Made utilising a base of Chesterfield Dry Gin, it has a natural strawberry juiciness balancing out the juniper bite with a good measure of candy floss brightness, overall offering a well-balanced gin. Some notable botanicals in this gin include juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, ginger, cardamom and hibiscus.

Serving Suggestion: The makers of this very unique flavoured gin recommend a measure of gin with Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic and a garnish of fresh sliced strawberries to really bring out the strawberry botanicals. For the non-tonic loving crowd, pairing it with lemonade also works very well along with sliced strawberries and a wedge of lime.
