The Fever Tree Winter Lodge
If you are looking to escape into a postcard-worthy winter setting, then you should take a trip to the Fever-Tree Winter Lodge. Situated in Broadgate Circle, this storied venue will be open until the 20th December, giving you every opportunity to enjoy their world-famous mixers in the run up to Christmas.
The Winter Lodge itself is actually nestled within the confines of the Winter Forest, an elaborate area full of luxury florists, seasonal acts and Christmas films. It would be difficult to walk through this area without feeling festive.
A Christmas Menu
One of our favourite things about the Fever-Tree Winter Lodge is the fact that the menu evolves as Christmas comes closer and closer. You can expect to see world-famous gins, unique gins that you may never have heard of and pairings that could turn out to be quite unlike anything that you have ever tasted before.
If you are looking to create a cocktail that truly reflects your personality, then we would recommend picking your own herbs from the miniature garden that can be found inside of the Fever-Tree Winter Lodge. You might just find a pairing that you will find yourself going back to time and time again, especially during the holidays.
Gin-Infused Masterclasses
We would highly recommend taking part in one of the masterclasses that can be found within the ornately decorated walls of the Fever-Tree Winter Lodge. These are run by Fever-Tree, Portobello Road, Seedlip and The Botanist. Please note, you will have to book your masterclass in advance to secure your place, but each booking includes a number of charming cocktails.
