Sipsmith’s new Chilli & Lime Gin has been unveiled as the first in the range of “experimental” gins inspired by the brand’s Sipping Society members club.
Crafted in small batches, the new release is made with zingy lime and a selection of seven “fruity, complex chillies” specially sourced from around the world.
As far as flavoured gins go, Chilli and Lime are two flavours that go hand in hand – and with this perfect match of sharp citrus from the lime and a gentle heat from the chilli this offering from Sipsmith is sure to go down a treat, especially if you’re a lover of spiced gins!
Ciarán Russell, the brand’s head of Ginovation and creator of the Chilli & Lime Gin said: “At Sipsmith we’re committed to making uncompromisingly handcrafted gin which truly excites and inspires gin drinkers. We’re always on the lookout for ingredients which we believe could make delicious and exciting flavoured gin.
“We decided that zesty limes paired with our blend of seven specially sourced and taste matched chillies for a kick of flavour was the ultimate way to launch our Sipping Series range and we hope that sippers agree.”
Sipsmith’s Chilli & Lime Gin works perfectly in a G&T with some Indian tonic water, ice and a slice of lime. Furthermore, this versatile gin also makes a great base for cocktails including Margaritas and Mojitos, with a twist!
