2. Gin and Juice

It comes as no real surprise to us that people like Snoop Dog have written songs about gin and juice because it really is a fantastic combination. One of the best things about gin and juice is the fact that it works well with most fruit juices, meaning that you can quite literally replace our favourite fruit juices with your favourites to see what you can create.

Ingredients:

– 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
– 75ml Fresh Orange Juice
– 75ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Method:

1. Fill your favourite cocktail glass with as much ice as you wish to and pour in your Sipsmith London Dry Gin.
2. Pour over your orange juice and your grapefruit juice. Taking a bar spoon, gently stir your cocktail until all of your ingredients have combined.

4. Orange-Infused Negroni

Blood orange is one of our favourite flavours to add to cocktails, which is why it offers a refreshing citrus experience in this recipe. This take on a classic negroni cocktail adds an extra layer, just make sure that you add each ingredient in equal parts. In the future, you might want to adjust the ingredients ever so slightly so that they match your personal preferences.

Ingredients:

– 25ml Monkey47
– 25ml Campari
– 25ml Martini Rosso
– 25ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice

Method:

1. Take your favourite cocktail glass and fill it with as much ice as you desire.
2. Pour all of your Monkey47, Campari, Martini Rosso and fresh blood orange juice into your glass and gently stir them with a bar spoon. Try not to stir for too long.
3. If you wish to, perhaps garnish your cocktail with an orange twist or a slice of blood orange.
