With warmer weather on the way, one of our own favourite cocktails which is easy to make is an ideal way to sip away in the afternoon sun.
Passionfruit Sunrise Cocktail
This cocktail is perfect for those who love gin based, fruity cocktails and don’t want to spend copious amounts of time faffing around. This serve utilises the citrusy notes from Tanqueray No.10 while the Passionfruit adds to the fruitful taste 🍋 🍸 giving this serve that summertime cocktail vibe, with hints from the lemon and raspberries on the finish.
Ingredients
- 25ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin
- 25ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- Premium Plain or Elderflower Tonic Water
- 4 Raspberries
- Lemon wedge
Method
1. Add 75ml of Tanqueray No.10 to a cocktail shaker along with ice, 75ml Passionfruit Liqueur, 4 raspberries and shake
2. Strain / pour into a glass of your choice with ice
3. Top with soda water or tonic water
4. Add raspberry and lemon wedge garnishing
